Aparigraha
Aparigrahaḥ, non-possessiveness, invites us to let go of grasping and clinging. A simple yet powerful metaphor is the breath. Each inhale brings nourishment, but if we cling to it without exhaling, it soon becomes toxic. Trusting the exhale allows the next inhale to come. In this class, we reflect on how letting go of possessions, attachments, and even old stories can create space for freedom. You will be invited to practice trust in the unfolding of life, just as you trust the rhythm of your breath.
