Sober Mind Fall Day 7
You did it. Welcome to Day 7 of the Sober Mind Fall Challenge. Seven days ago, you made a commitment to pause, nourish, learn, and explore a different fall rhythm. Take a moment to look back. What happened to your energy, hunger, mood, digestion, sleep, or cravings? Even a small change matters. The win is not a perfect menu. It is the awareness and repetition you created. You practiced protein at meals, paired carbohydrates, hydration, craving awareness, the HALT check-in, gut-supportive foods, stress-regulation tools, sleep-supportive routines, meal preparation, and habit rewiring. Now choose three anchors to continue for the next two weeks. Decide when you will shop or prepare food, and tell one supportive person what you are practicing. Keep the tools that helped, adjust the ones that did not, and remember that asking for support is a strength. I hope this week has shown you that nourishment can be part of recovery and that cozy fall rituals can support the life you are building. This is not the end of your challenge. It is the beginning of your next chapter. TODAY'S ACTION STEP IS TO: Choose three anchors for the next two weeks, schedule shopping or preparation, and share your plan with someone supportive. TODAYS REFLECTION QUESTION IS: What three practices will I carry forward, and how will I make them easier to repeat?
