Want to get your front splits? You're in the right place. To start, alternate between this routine, the Hamstring Flexibility routine, and the Hip Flexor Flexibility routine. Eventually work toward doing this routine every day if you really want to get to the splits. Make sure to be consistent - keep your streak going and you will continue to improve. For each stretch, go to the point where you feel a stretch, but never pain. Some discomfort is fine and normal, but pain is an indication that you're pushing farther than your body is ready for.
