This a gentle guided practice designed to help your body shift out of stress and into a state of safety and ease. In this meditation, you are guided to slow down through simple breathwork, grounding awareness, and soft orienting techniques that help the nervous system recognize that the present moment is safe. Rather than forcing relaxation, this practice works with the body’s natural rhythms, allowing tension to release gradually and naturally. You’ll be invited to reconnect with physical sensations, feel the support beneath you, and gently settle your attention back into your body. As the breath slows and awareness softens, the nervous system begins to move out of survival mode and into rest, bringing a sense of quiet, warmth, and spaciousness within. This meditation is especially supportive during times of overwhelm, anxiety, restlessness, or emotional fatigue. It can be used as a short reset during the day, a grounding practice before sleep, or anytime you need to feel steadier, calmer, and more present. You do not need to fix anything or achieve a certain state. This is simply an invitation to pause, to feel supported, and to remember that your nervous system knows how to find balance when given the space to do so.

Carla will guide you through a powerful breath work and sound healing practice designed to help you cultivate a sense of calm and relaxation and create a sense of stillness and peace within. We use a breath pattern that has an alpha resonance (the brain wave frequency range that is associated with a relaxed, yet alert mental state). We also slow down the exhales and elongate the time we exhale much more than the inhale which stimulates the rest and digest response. This class allows deep healing to take place and a deep sense of calm is felt when this occurs. The music accompanies this surrender into calmness and is infused with advanced alpha isochronic tones for the optimal result. For a better sound experience, please use headphones. PLEASE NOTE - the breath hold in this class are not suitable for the following people, instead, breathe naturally when the breath holds are indicated. - Pregnancy - Uncontrolled hypertension (if you are on medication and it is under control you can do breath holds) or low blood pressure - Post surgery (up to 6 weeks) - Epilepsy (uncontrolled), heart disease, hernia, gastric ulcer, vertigo, migraine headaches, significant nosebleeds, detached retina, glaucoma, history of stroke. - Terminal illness
