Video·24 min
Philip answers questions about what Meditation really is from a Self Realisation perspective aiding you in inner-standing the essence of Mediation/Self Realisation. Important note: Expect some ambient outdoor sounds in this video since a large part was filmed outdoors.
The video offers clarity and insight to assist you on your Meditative/Self Realisation Journey. It contains very important insight.
He uses the simple yet profound metaphor of a fibre-optic lamp to crystallise the nature of effective Meditation and Self Realisation. A separate version of this segment is also available on the App along with a version that contains more guidance to aid those newer to it.

Lesson 2Recognising Awareness - The Essence of Meditation
Audio·26 min
Recognising Awareness - The Essence of Meditation
Confusion about meditation is common. That’s understandable – everything becomes clear upon integrated realisation, including considerable dissolution of emotionality (the ‘pain body’).
This confusion manifests in many ways. I’ve seen meditation offered like a pill: meditation for sleep, anger, abundance – name any subject.
It's also common for people to report it as ineffective. This is part of of the misunderstanding of meditation.
Meditation = Awareness (non-personal) = Life = Infinite Silence = Infinite Consciousness = Your eternal essence = Self-Realisation = Ultimate Truth
In this audio Philip spells it the core inner-standing and realisation. This will help focus the rest of your journey when you open to the simplicity and profound insight shared.
This track includes insights followed by a guided Recognising Awarenesss exercise/Meditation.
There is a sister track that is the Meditation only version of this track. It is slightly longer as it has been designed deliberately to have longer pauses.
These tracks are also supported by the Videos in:

Lesson 6Nectar Of Infinite Silence 3
Audio·28 min
Guided with increased silence.
As the Self is Realised it is seen that ones true nature is Infinite Silence/Awareness and one is eternally this. Recognising and realising this experientially is what Self Realisation is all about. It is the source of peace, joy, grace and gratitude, these are the perfumes of Silence.
This series of seven Meditations (Nectar Of Infinite Silence = Infinite Silence) emerged as part of Philip's Realisation with a clear pointing to share them with the world. This version contains increased silence as you take further steps in becoming more and more familiar with resting in the rarefied atmosphere of Silence.
You can also use the Spheres Of Light Meditation which also emerged as part of the Realisation process in various forms as an energetic bridge to the Infinite Silence Meditation. They work hand in hand.
The Meditation series complements the Self Realisation Programme and other resources on the App.Locked — subscribe to unlock
Lesson 7Who am I? The fundamental Inquiry
Video·68 min
Who am I The Fundamental Inquiry
In this video we get back to key principles looking at the inquiry "Who am I" that might also be expressed as "Who or what am I?"
Philip emphasizes the importance of the question "Who am I?" in spiritual Self Realisation, highlighting how attachments and beliefs, especially the belief that one is not already the Infinite Self, block realisation. The question dissolves the identity self, revealing the true Self. He also responds to participants questions.Locked — subscribe to unlock
