Meditation changed my life.
There was a time when my mind felt constantly busy. I overthought everything, worried all the time and never really switched off. If you have ever felt like that, you will know how exhausting it can be!
Meditation didn’t change everything overnight, but over time it gave me space, perspective and a calmer way of meeting whatever the day brought.
The Meditation Habit 2.0 is a 30-day challenge designed to help you build a simple daily practice that supports a steadier mind, a calmer nervous system and a deeper connection to yourself. Inside you will explore a range of guided meditations by me and some of my favourite teachers, including breath awareness, body scans, yoga nidra and sound baths.
Some are short and some invite you to go a little deeper. You do not need to do it perfectly. You just need to begin.

Work through them in order.
Lesson 1Midnight reset with Maude
Audio·17 min
When the mind won’t slow down and sleep feels just out of reach, this gentle meditation helps you reset. As your breath softens and your body unwinds, tension melts away and the mind gradually settles into stillness. This practice is perfect for those nights when stress, overthinking, or late-night wakefulness keep you from drifting off.
Return to your breath, release the day, and allow yourself to sink naturally into deep sleep.

Lesson 2Returning to the body meditation
Audio·7 min
This guided meditation invites you to gently reconnect with the body as the foundation of awareness.
Through breath and guided attention, you will explore the sensations of the body from head to toe, noticing the steady support beneath you and the quiet rhythm of breathing that moves through every moment.
As awareness expands, the body begins to feel less like something to manage and more like a living landscape of sensation, warmth, movement and space. A place where you can rest, soften and simply be.
This practice offers a grounding introduction to the Annamaya Kosha, the physical layer of our being. In yoga philosophy, the body is not separate from awareness but the doorway through which we experience life itself.Locked — subscribe to unlock
