Tales of Who You Used to Be: Experience Living As Awareness Not As An Identity
What if some of the things you know most certainly about yourself are simply tales of who you used to be?
This four-part journey explores the identities, beliefs, and stories we create - and what becomes visible when awareness begins to see beyond them - and how to live in that space.
Part 1: See the story. See the identity.
Part 2: Remember what you are. See where identity came from and feel your connection to being.
Part 3: How to Love everything that brought you here.
Part 4: How to Live from the recognition and awareness
Beginning with a deeply personal discovery about loneliness and self-reliance, the series expands into the nature of separation, connection, guilt, shame, belonging, and self-realization. Rather than rejecting the person you've been or trying to create a better version, you're invited to recognize how every part of your story brought you here.
Through spontaneous talks, metaphors, humor, reflection, and direct experience, Tales of Who You Used to Be explores what remains beyond the definitions of the mind - and what it means to bring that awareness back into the ordinary pleasures and experiences of being alive.
Who is this for?
For anyone questioning old identities, feeling confined by beliefs or past experiences, exploring consciousness and self-realization, or wondering who they are beyond the stories they've learned to call themselves.
What does it help with?
Recognizing limiting identities and beliefs, understanding separation and self-reliance, releasing guilt and shame, reconnecting with belonging, deepening self-awareness, and living with greater freedom beyond the stories of who you thought you had to be.

Lesson 1Tales Of Who I Used To Be: The One Who Always Took Care Of Me
Video·22 min
Part 1 — SEE
I can see the identities. Experience how to recognize an identity, exit it and love it.
What happens when self-reliance becomes part of your identity?
For a long time when I felt all alone and unsupported - i quickly moved past that feeling and rushed in with another feeling of taking care of me!
I was proud of the part of me that always showed up, stood up for me, and took care of me. But when awareness separated the one who felt alone from the one who came to her rescue, I saw something I had never seen before.
For me to keep being the one who always took care of me, there had to be someone who was unsupported and all alone.
In this spontaneous exploration of hyper-independence, loneliness, identity, awareness and self-realization, we look beyond both sides of the story - the one who needs rescuing and the one who comes to the rescue - and toward what exists before either identity is created.

Video·13 min
Part 2 — REMEMBER
I can see where they came from and what I'm connected to. Experience a metaphor that gives clarity on how we enter identities and exit!
What part of a tree gets to call itself the tree?
Using the journey from seed to roots, trunk, bark, limbs, leaves, and crown, this exploration looks at how the mind separates the whole into individual parts - and then builds identities around those parts.
Like a leaf believing it exists on its own, we can become so identified with one thought, experience, decision, wound, or story that we forget everything to which we belong.
Part 2: Explores individuation, identity, connection, Source energy, and the possibility that separation itself was never a mistake. It was part of the experience that eventually allowed us to recognize ourselves again.
Who is this for?
Anyone who feels separate, disconnected, alone, overly identified with a particular story, or curious about consciousness, interconnectedness, and self-realization.
What does it help with?

Lesson 3Tales Of Who You Used to Be, Part 3: Nothing You've Done Can Exclude You
Video·20 min
Part 3 — LOVE
Nothing I've experienced needs to exile me from myself. Experience moving between source and identity.
What happens when you stop using your past as evidence against yourself?
Part 3 - Experience the movement between being deeply connected to your source and entering an identity. Begin to build that capability within yourself. This session further explores guilt, shame, regret, worry, judgment, and the belief that something we've done - or something we've been - can separate us from love, belonging, or Source.
Rather than asking you to erase the past or declare every choice perfect, this conversation invites compassion for the person who lived it. The trails may look different, but neither one has the power to define what you are.
There is nothing here that needs to be put on a cross. There are experiences to understand, identities to recognize, and a much larger love capable of holding all of them.
Who is this for?
Anyone carrying regret, shame, embarrassment, self-judgment, or the feeling that past choices have made them less worthy of love, belonging, or a different future.
What does it help with?
Releasing self-punishment, meeting past choices with greater compassion, seeing beyond identities built from regret, questioning judgment, and reconnecting with the belonging that was never actually taken away.Locked — subscribe to unlock
Lesson 4Tales Of Who You Used To Be, Part 4: The Universe Knows Your Name
Video·13 min
Part 4 — LIVE
How to bring that recognition into being alive
The universe knows you beyond the small definitions you've worked yourself into.
Part 4: In this final exploration, the journey moves from recognizing what you are to living from it. Through the image of a ship meeting the waves, we explore what changes when you are no longer only the figure at the front taking the full force of life - but the captain, the ship, the wave, the ocean, the storm, and the stillness.
Self-realization doesn't remove us from ordinary life. It brings us more fully into it.
Food still has a taste. Eyes meet. Hands touch. Lovers kiss. Life is experienced.
Part 4 is an invitation to bring awareness out of the realm of ideas and into the pleasure, connection, action, and experience of being alive.
Who is this for?
Anyone exploring how to live from awareness rather than simply understand it, or wanting to experience greater ease, connection, presence, and participation in everyday life.
What does it help with?
Bringing self-realization into daily experience, loosening identification with thoughts, experiencing greater presence and safety, reconnecting with pleasure and relationship, and living as a unique expression of the same Source.Locked — subscribe to unlock
